Like applied scientific photography, HS imagery explores natural phenomena making connections of light, water and altered states.
Base elements combine with a central vortex motif to emulate the energy and flow of growth or life cycle. Drawing directly with light and using the darkroom process, produced unusual figure-grounds where dynamic motifs appear to transform beyond the material.
