Mapping 50 years of rapid change that shaped Porirua city, this art for environment project recovers lost memory of the original watercourse of the Porirua Stream/Kenepuru Stream prior to 1960.

A mapping process highlights the changes and impact of urban development by relocating the stream in visible form; a concertina section of maps then/ now displayed in a shopfront window, and a walk-the-blue line art intervention and interaction in public space.
